An employer is looking for a Mid-Level Project Manager to support a San Diego-based team. This person will sit in the organization's PMO and report directly to the Director of the PMO. They will be responsible for both technical and business-related projects from inception to completion, with around 80% of the projects being in the E-Commerce space. This person will gather requirements, document project scope, and oversee cost, resource, and risk management for tasks assigned. They will be responsible for change management for any lines of business impacted by projects. This person must be adaptable and able to interface with stakeholders across the company. This individual can work remotely from the states below but must work during PST hours.

Additional responsibilities include:
Manages the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple and large complex projects with multiple work streams.
Starting right from project discovery, document project scope, high-level solutions, and business requirements, and working with resources, gather detailed requirements and define detailed implementation plans.
Work closely with Business Owners to define and articulate project strategy, and make recommendations regarding execution strategies to create potential solutions.
Identify, research, analyze and manage risks and interdependencies within projects/systems/resources, and formulate plausible solutions and contingency plans in consultation with stakeholders and Senior Management as necessary.
Develop and execute an efficient internal and external communication strategy for ensuring communication with all levels of management within the team.
Drive consistent and efficient execution of projects/programs by working closely with internal business partners and stakeholders to drive the adoption and implementation of standards in processes and programs.
Partner with various project teams within the organization to identify operational gaps and provide solutions through effective project management.
