Job Description
An employer for a retail marketing agency is looking for a REMOTE Director, IT Service Management (ITSM) to join a team of 1+ ITSM Analyst and build an ENTERPRISE IT Service Management from scratch. This person will be delivering, implementing, and migrating an ITSM process/tools across multiple disciplines covering all IT Teams and help drive/document an incident management process within their corporate environment (over 70,000+ employees). This person will be the leader in this ITSM space and eventually grow/manage a Service Management Team down the line.
**This role is 100% remote - flexible in all time zones**
**The employment would be a 6 MONTH CONTRACT, with possibility to be converted to Full Time Employee based on performance**
Required Skills & Experience
7+ years of experience of IT Service Management (ITSM) Experience
7+ years of experience with Enterprise Management - building from scratch
7+ years of experience deploying solution from end to end (across entire company)
5+ years of experience assessing/deploying ServiceNow tool (or any ITSM leading tool -Salesforce, ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, etc)
Enterprise level experience (supporting over 3,000+ users/employees)
1+ year of experience in a Manager/Director level role
Experience documenting, configuring, testing, training, and implementing new applications, systems or processes
Experience with technical writing skills, developing use case diagrams, process flows, systems technical design, architecture diagrams, system development or equivalent processes
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
BA Degree/MBA
ITIL certification or equivalent ( ISO 9000, PMO, Lean, Scrum..etc)
Experience with ITSM Leading Tools (Salesforce, ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, etc).
