Our client is Seeking a highly motivated, talented individual to join our company as an Executive Assistant. In this fast-paced role, you will support a high-level company executive, managing their calendar, assisting with various office tasks, ensuring deadlines are met, and maximizing the efficiency of their schedule. This position requires a detail-oriented personality, who has excellent communication and organizational skills and someone that has a team player mindset. They will be directly supporting the Vice President of IT for a local hospital system.
Day To Day:
* Manage a complex schedule for a busy senior executive, avoiding conflicts and minimizing downtime
* Prepare and present agendas for meetings
* Take meeting notes and action items as needed
* Assisting with meeting preparation and preparing materials for team huddles and meetings
* Submit materials for various meetings within necessary deadlines
* Act as the point of contact between executives and employees/clients as well as external vendors
* Submit and reconcile expense reports
* Follow up with executive's direct reports on various deadlines and collect materials
* Respond promptly to managers' queries
* Provide general office support to clients and visitors
