Job Description

One of our biggest nonprofit clients is looking for an Executive Assistant to support the CEO in Inglewood, CA. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for heavy and complicated calendar management; coordinating executive logistics such as meetings, phone calls, public appearances, and travel arrangements; and organization-wide scheduling as required by the CEO. They will also prepare the CEO for meetings, public appearances, conferences, and special events, often collaborating with staff across the organization with external contacts. The Executive Assistant will also need to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professional demeanor at all times and make sure all communication from the CEO both internally and externally are handled appropriately and with a sense of urgency and sensitivity. They will also be responsible for board of directors' documentation and record-keeping, including meeting minutes, meeting notices, and other board communications as needed.

Required Skills & Experience

- 8+ years of experience supporting executives with demonstrated ability to maintain confidential documents, correspondence, and discussions

- Advanced skills in Outlook and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Minimum of 2 years experience working with boards members and supporting multiple people

- Supporting executives with demonstrated ability to maintain confidential documents, correspondence, and discussions

- Ability to demonstrate on a consistent basis initiative, professionalism, poise, flexibility, and work in an environment of frequent interruptions

- Excellent written and oral communication

- Non-profit experience/background

- Bachelors Degree

- Experience with SharePoint
