A client in the veterinary services space is looking to bring on 2 Azure QA Engineers to join their team. As an Azure QA Engineer, you will be responsible for the creation of a test automation process (while doing both automated and manual testing and reporting). The automated data you will be working with comes from ~1,300+ veterinary hospitals which then an Azure data lake will be built, data will be modeled, and you will use automation process to ensure there are no issues within the data, etc. Once the data lake is created, a reporting process will be built on top of that utilizing PowerBI. You will validate and automate ETL processes and automate the data warehouse environment.
* Designing and executing test cases for Azure-based products and services to ensure quality, while working closely with the development team to understand the product requirements and identify and report bugs
* Automate test cases using tools like Selenium, Appium, and Cucumber
* Create and maintain test plans and test reports
* Work/collaborate with the team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products
* Continuously improve the quality of the products and the testing process

- At a minimum, 3 years of experience in Azure QA (automation testing), specifically working/testing within a data warehousing and ETL environments
- Experience validating ETL processes and data warehouse automation
- Experience with one of the following test automation tools: Selenium, Appium, or Cucumber
- Strong understanding of Azure cloud services and architecture such as Azure Synapse (i.e. running queries), etc.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
