Jr./Mid Business Analyst

A large software and networking technology company is looking for an Business Analyst to join a growing team in Enterprise Networking & Cloud Operations that is responsible to drive large scale operational change across Engineering. This group owns the entire lifecycle of a program from investigate to sustain and partners with multi-functional teams to define policy, process and tools required for successful adoption



This person will:

-Work with engineering stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for information security solutions.

-Perform business process modelling, provide UI mockups for requirements and perform user acceptance testing for information security solutions.

-Perform analysis on data gathered from multiple sources and publish engineering relevant dashboard/reports.

-Drive awareness and adoption of security initiatives for engineering teams through collaboration; training and support.

-Partner with cross functional teams from Security & Trust, Supply Chain, IT & GRC.

-Bachelor's in Engineering or IT or relevant field

-Experience of 3-5 years in a fast paced and high technology environment.

-Strong experience in business process modeling, requirement gathering and user story documentation (for Software Products)

-Data driven analysis and fluent excel skills

-Strong collaboration, influencing and facilitation skills.

-Can do demeanor, focus on results, and high self-motivation/direction

-Problem solver with attention to details. Naturally curious about how things work.

-Driven by continuous improvement, teamwork and achieving outcomes

-Experience working in an Engineering Organization

-Understanding of security vulnerability mgmt., third party software mgmt. and product security concepts.
