Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Project Manager/Field Manager to help manage a team of 3 Field Data Collection Engineers on our Asset Data Reconciliation Project in Bakersfield, Ca! The team will be out in the field collecting data of oil assets. They will be identifying the assets as they corelate with the P & IDs (piping and instrumentation diagrams), taking photos, uploading these photos and information into a database on a tablet we provide, and adding an Asset Tag to the piece of equipment. The Project Manager/Supervisor will be making sure the team is aligned with project expectations, deliverable, timelines, and execution. He/she will hold daily safety stand up calls, make sure team is aligned on daily expectations and expectations as each field or plant. He/she will make sure they engineers are on task and keeping up with timeline to make sure the project is completed on time. We want individuals who are detail oriented and strong leaders, and who can hold their team accountable. We would like people who have a background in oil and engineering. The project will cover multiple fields, starting in Bakersfield, and other locations listed below.

Required Skills & Experience

- Bachelor's degree

* 7+ Years' Experience in Project Management, Field Supervision/Foreman, and Safety -- overseeing a team in an oil field type setting or similar

* 3-5 years' experience in the oil and gas industry (ability to recognize oil assets in the field -- MUST HAVE)

* Experience managing a field team through production, execution, and safety protocols to align with project deliverables and deadlines

* Oil Asset Recognition

* Safety -- has done daily safety stand up calls with a field team

* Strong leadership skills; clear understanding of expectations, project deliverables and how to manage a team to execute on this

* Good written and verbal communication skills

* Computer literate; technical

* Strong attention to details and technicalities

* Excellent organizational and technical skills

* Good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills
