The Small and Medium Customer (SMC) sales team -- a group within Snap's Advertising Solutions
organization -- focuses on challenger brands, disruptive business models, and high-growth, high
opportunity performance advertisers. We're looking for a North America Mid-Market Marketing
Manager to join our Snap marketing team on a contract basis in New York, Los Angeles, or San
Francisco.
As the North America Mid-Market Business Marketing Manager you'll manage marketing
programs which grow our advertising business with medium-sized customers of varying maturity
levels across North America. You'll also partner closely with our Small & Medium-Customer Sales
team, other members of the business marketing team, along with cross-functional partners in
product, operations, marketing science, and communications in building, executing, measuring,
and optimizing those programs.
The ideal candidate will possess experience in B2B marketing, performance marketing, and
sales enablement; a demonstrated ability to work effectively in matrixed organizations; comfort
with ambiguity; and an analytical mindset.
What you'll do:
Serve on a small but mighty global team of business marketer who are focused on
growing Snap's revenue with medium-sized advertisers.
Work closely with the North America Mid-Customer Sales team in supporting their
go-to-marketing strategies
Lead content development for case studies, videos and marketing collateral that
demonstrate that value of Snapchat to clients
Create scalable, turnkey programs for sales teams to deploy directly to customers
Partner with vertical marketers in North America to tailor vertical narrative and playbooks
for the mid-market audience
Develop case studies highlighting medium-size customers who are succeeding with
advertising on Snapchat
Partner with data science and marketing analytics teams to to measure the impact of
marketing programs and optimize them accordingly
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Experience building and activating SMB industry events, webinars, "events-in-a-box" and
scaled education initiatives
Track record of collaborating with product marketing, sales, scaled channels and partnerships
teams, often across time-zones.
Analytical rigor and an ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
An understanding of medium-size businesses and their marketing strategies

Required Skills & Experience
6-9+ years of relevant marketing experience developing strategy, positioning and messaging for a brand or product in an advertising agency or marketing organization
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
3+ years of experience in advertising or B2B SaaS industries
Experience creating content & marketing initiatives that scale across multiple advertiser
verticals
Experience enabling sales go-to-market strategies with messaging frameworks and narratives
supported with compelling proof points and customer success stories
