A social news company is looking for a Marketing analyst to join their Ads Product Marketing team. We're looking for someone with a background in product marketing, specifically in in product analytics. This person will be assisting on a large annual survey in collecting customer feedback/data in the advertisement space. Primary responsibility will be living in the data to pull out key insights and working with the survey data to analyze how it applies within the advertisement landscape and translating data analysis into visualizations for executive presentations. You will be using statistical analysis to extract actionable insights from the data working alongside engineering and product teams. This person should have a deep understanding of the advertising landscape and platforms advertisers use to reach their target audience, and help us to continue to build on our culture of customer-centric decision making.
- 3+ years' experience in analytics or quantitative role with demonstrated skills working with both large-scale unstructured and structured datasets
-Background or knowledge within Ads or Product Marketing
- Strong proficiency with statistical analysis (preferably in SPSS or R) -- comfortable executing driver analysis, clustering, conjoint analysis, etc. independently
- Proficient with translating data analysis into visualizations
