We are looking for a dynamic and purposeful Sr. TA Operations Specialist to support the evolving operational processes of our Talent Acquisition function. Our new Ops Specialist will have a futuristic and innovative lens to always challenge the status quo and is driven to envision things different than how they are done today.

- Support the design, optimization and streamlining of processes to support our goal of creating an exceptional and consistent user experience of the Talent Acquisition model

- Be data driven and use recruitment reporting and analysis to make recommendations to the TA Ops Manager

- Work cross functionally (Talent Acquisition, People Operations, Legal, Compliance, etc..) when optimizing processes to ensure enterprise alignment with internal policies and gain enterprise support

- Create meaningful content, guides, and documentation that enable and educate candidates, hiring managers, and our internal client base

- Troubleshoot process and systems issues within the ATS and other TA software

- Maintain data quality via self-directed audits and report outs

- Participate in the review and analysis of new recruiting tools, software and vendors

- Embrace, enable, and adopt technology as we investigate new tools and resources to automate and optimize different stages of the process and experience

- Support the creation of governance and consistency in operations while maintaining a flexible, scalable recruitment model

- Review current processes to identify bottlenecks, issues, and areas of opportunity and determine plans for continuous improvement initiatives and optimization

- Other duties as assigned

Required Skills & Experience

- Bachelor's degree

- A minimum of three (3) years' experience working in Talent Acquisition and/or Human Resources (an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered)

- Two (2) years' experience working with an ATS in an operational role supporting a Talent Acquisition function, Greenhouse knowledge preferred

- Experience assisting in the implementation and integration of various forms of recruitment technology and systems

- Skilled in managing data, spreadsheets, and complex reports with a strong understanding of data integrity

- Analytical mind-set and expertise in PowerBI and Excel

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on tact and diplomacy

- Teamwork skills are a must

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Experience in other TA tools, such as scheduling/university events/background check software is preferred

- Experience building dashboards a plus

- Preferred HRIS knowledge and experience

- Project and program management experience and/or PMP certification is a plus
