Job Description
Under the general supervision of the IT Facilities / Implementations supervisor and/or the department manager, the PM is responsible for highly complex project planning and management, overseeing and participating in design, development and overall client services project deployment and support. Under minimal direction, this position will act as a project manager for multiple project streams and new strategic initiatives from initiation to completion. The incumbent is an experienced project and/or program manager with technical expertise. The position is responsible for all aspects of project life cycle, including workflow process improvements and coaching other project managers. deployment and supporting the client desktop environment and business applications of Information Technology department. This includes but not limited to, new facilities client infrastructure deployment, strategic planning, budgeting, level-3 technical escalations, project management, customer relationship management, technical guidance, client systems planning and Implementation, and other special projects and new initiatives as assigned.
Required Skills & Experience
* Minimum of 10 years of experience managing IT healthcare and construction projects using sound project management methodologies, principles, and techniques is mandatory
* Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing and allocating resources to complete projects on schedule
* Experience in conducting technical assessments, preparing reports, and recommend results and solutions, concisely and clearly.
* Proven experience working with IT infrastructure and equipment, including but not limited to desktop equipment, clinical equipment, infrastructure, low voltage systems, etc.
* At least 10 years of experience leading clinical construction projects
* Advanced knowledge relating to the design of processes and metrics software, especially Power BI.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
* Knowledge of Quality Assurance (QA) methodologies; demonstrated testing and test planning skills.
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or related discipline with an information technology focus.
* Business Analyst experience
