Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Pega Platform Support Analyst to join a project team.

Required Skills & Experience

2 -3 years of working knowledge and experience in:

Pega Platform Application Service Support, Service Desk duties

At least one major service support management system -- CA Service Desk, ServiceNow

ITIL and IT Service Management principles and practices

At least one major RDBMS -- SQL Server, DB2, Oracle

Windows or Unix operating systems

Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues in real time

Exemplary customer service skills
