Insight Global is looking for an HR Data Consultant to support one of its largest tech/entertainment clients. This individual will be responsible for several different project initiatives including but not limited to:
- Building a data warehouse & data lake for People data
- Operational workload of reporting
- Error Handling
- Integrations in Workday
- Break fixes, triaging errors, Workday troubleshooting
**Workday modules primarily include Core HCM, US Payroll, Time and Absence, Advanced Compensation, L&D, Recruiting
o Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or closely related, or equivalent years of experience in a relevant field
o 3-4+ years of experience building Workday integrations
o Build reports, RAAS (Reports-as-a-Service), EIBs with simple XSLT
o Experience with production support of integrations, triaging, break/fixes, etc
