Job Description

Approved Meta Remote Locations: Denver CO 71.67 New York NY 77.48 Houston TX 71.67 Los Angeles CA 74.69 and San Diego CA 71.67.

Proposal

This proposal will provide a vision for the position of a contingent worker to help support Asset Quality Management programs and initiatives.
Position Objectives

The primary objective of this position is to assist the asset quality engineers with program management data analysis and reporting activities. This includes:

Data collection related to issue investigation and root cause analysis surveying the sites follow up on the issues/subtasks/RCA data.

Communication with RunOps Site Ops teams meetings and support building relationships with the DC's.

Admin activities for CIP including tracker updates and posts and Business Review

Participate in CAR/8D process and quality improvement initiatives

Participate in quality management system development and implementation

Roles and Responsibility:

Lead CAR/8D/RCA process and quality improvement initiatives.

Statistically analyze data to identify quality trends confirm effectiveness of corrective actions and to create metrics that drive customer value and continuous improvement.

Collaborate and team up to deliver results in a cross-functional organization.

Prepare and communicate with the cross-functional team the quality program updates including the statistical summary reports on the quality program initiatives and metrics.

Conduct a thorough documentation review ensuring that all recorded information is complete and meets the requirement.

Clearly and accurately record the quality documents and records on applicable forms or electronically on the PLM system.

Develop and implement procedures standards plans and metrics to assure quality targets are met.

Prioritize/coordinate daily workload assignments to ensure timely completion.

Interact effectively with peers and internal and external customers

Facilitate and contribute to the continuous improvement programs CIP.

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent practical experience.

Demonstrated and continuous track record of contributing to and completing technical assignments specifically for quality engineering programs.

A minimum of five 5 years experience in a Quality engineering role is required.

Five 5 years of experience analyzing data and creating reports with statistical quantitative modeling and forecasting.

Five 5 years of experience in collaboration with the cross-functional teams and with suppliers to achieve successful solutions using project management tools with good interpersonal and organizational experience.

Knowledge in statistical analysis and process control and understanding with application of statistical analysis tools e.g. JMP SAS Minitab etc.

Expert in Microsoft programs such as Excel Word and PowerPoint.

Excellent communication skills.

Ability to travel as necessary.

Preferred qualifications:

Six Sigma Green Belt American Society for Quality ASQ certification CQE CQM CRE or CQA or equivalent certification/experience.

Project Management Certification such as PMP.

Knowledge of electrical/mechanical/HVAC infrastructure equipment installation/deployment at data centers or other mission critical facilities.
