Oculus Research is creating the future of personal and shared reality.
Our goal is to make the consumer virtual augmented and mixed reality experiences that ship in five to ten years great. Virtual reality today is a vast highly interdisciplinary research space that has only begun to be explored we are building a team capable of leapfrogging VR forward by bringing together researchers and engineers spanning a wide range of expertise

Our department is working on new cutting-edge technology for human-computer interactions specifically developing new technology to allow user to complete tasks in VR and AR more natively and intuitively. We would like to have a RA to help conduct experiments related to data collection protocols collecting the data and testing new technologies.

Responsibilities include:
Assisting Principal investigator with experiments involving human subjects
Conducting user studies and product demonstrations
Staging and setting up of equipment for studies.
Coordinate the logistics of user research including participant scheduling and distribution of incentives.
Study support services. Support research and development and give feedback to the team to optimize study procedures
Data Labeling and Quality Assurance
Manage labeling queues to ensure accuracy and timeliness of labeled data
Review work on experimental/non-product supported features/applications
Adhere to ethical codes related to conducting user research at Client.
Tracking and reporting project progress

Minimum Requirements/Skills:
Ability to work in an ambiguous environment
Ability to set priorities with limited guidance
Extreme attention to detail
Be comfortable with running unpolished scripts/tools
Ability to continuous learning new knowledge
Clear accurate and succinct written and verbal communication
Self-starter - can independently work on a goal

Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree in a computer-related field
3 years of RA/QA experience in computer-related industry
Experience with Windows PCs and Linux Os
