Insight Global is looking for a Gainsight Administrator for a top client, leading the cyber security industry, headquarter in Santa Clara, Ca. The Gainsight Administrator will be apart of the Customer Experience organization, working cross-functionally to understand business requirements and translating them to effective use of applications. The role will require basic programming and object oriented concepts (inheritance, syntax etc) as well as an understanding of Customer Success and how to streamline process to speed up adoption. The Gainsight Administrator will also be responsible for analyzing data, drawing conclusions and implementing solutions using features like Data Designer, Journey Orchestration, Rules Engine etc.
