Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Project Manager to join the HR PMO for a large Fintech company. This Project Manager will manage one or more high-level, complex non-technical projects within the constraints of scope, quality, time, and cost, to deliver specified requirements. Responsibilities may include resource allocation and all phases of the project life cycle (i.e. Initiation, Planning, Implementation, Closure and may include, but not limited to, feasibility studies, requirements, analysis, ROI, business plan, vendor RFP/contracting, and implementation planning). The candidate will regularly interact with management and coordinate/direct the activities of project team members. They must ensure all project requirements, objectives, risks, dependencies, and decisions are documented. The ideal candidate will be able to:
- Quickly build relationships and earn the trust of sponsors and key stakeholders
- Effectively and successfully work within the constructs of a program
- Establish and deliver complex projects
- Communicate at all levels with clarity and precision both written and verbally
- Mobilize and motivate teams, set direction and approach, resolve conflict, deliver tough messages with grace and with resolve
- Navigate and execute with limited information and ambiguity
- Be focused and versatile team player that is comfortable, calm, and collected under pressure
- Inject advanced problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience as Project Manager
- HR project experience
- Extensive knowledge and expertise in the use of project management tools (MS project, Smartsheets, SharePoint)
- Experience with and understanding of various HR project management methodologies, including non-traditional Agile
- Must have experience with non-technical project management
- Scrum and Agile experience
