Job Description
* Responsible for building features and functionality within company's Salesforce environment.
* Responsible for the delivery of enhancements and on-going stewardship of company's CRM platform
* Develop and deploy strategies to increase and / or maintain adoption of sales enablement technologies
Required Skills & Experience
* 1-2+ years of Salesforce Development experience (ie: Proficiency with Lightning Components, Apex, Visualforce, JavaScript, REST, SOAP API, SQL, etc.)
* 2-3+ years of experience working with Salesforce CRM
* Experience working to design, integrate, and optimize business processes in Salesforce
* Understanding in design and development of systems as part of a complete software / SaaS product lifecycle
* Ability to manage multiple projects, organize, and prioritize work to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* Reliable, strong communication skills (written & verbal), interacting with different teams and departments
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
* Certified Salesforce Developer, Salesforce Administrator, or JavaScript Developer
* Industry experience within: Asset Management space, Healthcare, Insurance, or Finance/Banking
* Configuration experience using the Salesforce point-and-click developer interface; flows, process builder, validation, workflows, etc.
