Job Description

An employer is looking for a CSI Analyst or Specialist sitting fully remote. This individual will build clinical study calendars and help with budget build. They will review and interpret complex clinical research protocols and related documentation for CRMS study development and activation. This individual will build and configure study calendar specifications and budgets within the CRMS in a timely and professional manner. The incumbent will build all calendars in accordance with established guidelines and procedures in order to facilitate budgeting, billing and subject management activities. They will be communicating with study teams, finance teams, and Office of Clinical Research (OCR) that includes but is not limited to intake staff, coverage analysts and research quality staff. This person will complete calendar edits as necessary through completion of the study activation process. Ensures parameters and research rates are entered into the budget calendar accurately and in a timely manner. They will implement and update calendars based upon committee meeting conclusions related to calendar updates or modifications.

Required Skills & Experience

- 3+ years within a clinical trials setting

- Bachelor's Degree

- Ability to build a clinical study calendar

- Understanding of a clinical trials protocol

- Ability to build a clinical trial budget

- Strong communications skills

- Proficiency in Windows, MS Office applications in particular Excel and Word
