Web Designer

A cybersecurity company in the Silicon Valley is looking for a Web Designer to join their Brand Design team to create and update web components for their product teams. The day to day includes:

- Building Figma mockups using existing web components.

- Designing custom web components as needed.

- Creating web banners and other web assets.

- Light production work (sizing images, pulling icons, digging through Getty Images).

- Developing and working with Figma component library and design system.

- 3-5 years of experience as a web designer

- Basic Photoshop skills, intermediate Illustrator skills, familiar with Microsoft 365 products.

- Comfortable working in Figma, ideally experience creating components and design systems.

- Understanding of responsive design and web accessibility standards.

- Experience working directly with developers and conducting project handoffs.

- Work experience with frontend or UI development.

- UX content writing experience

- AEM experience

- Coming from a cybersecurity or hardware company
