A client of Insight Global is looking for an Infrastructure Cloud Engineer to join a project team. The day-to-day will consist of Cloud Engineering in an AWS environment, building EC2 instances, focusing on Docker and Kubernetes containerization, and handling enterprise-level migrations from the data center to the cloud.
5+ years of Could Engineering infrastructure experience
5+ years of AWS experience
5+ years of cloud computing, solutions, and implementations
Experience building EC2 instances
Experience containerizing applications with Docker or Kubernetes (ECS, EKS, Fargate)
Experience managing and creating Kubernetes cluster
Strong exposure to handling optimizations in a cloud environment
Strong experience with Kubernetes (EKS)
Ability to work in infrastructure change management processes
Strong exposure to cloud optimization and transformations
