As a Technical Program Manager - Machine Capacity and Efficiency you will be a key member of our TPM organization supporting the planning and delivery of critical deliverables for orgs Machine Capacity and Efficiency program. You will report to Program Lead TPM and be responsible in owning capacity management operations planning tracking monitoring risk mitigation and supporting various key deliverables planned on program roadmap. Ideal candidate has a proven track record of delivering highly technical cross-functional scalable programs with meticulous attention to detail and problem-solving skills that can be applied to any challenge task or opportunity.

Key projects:
o 2023 Machine Capacity Planning and Management planning will be executed quarterly basis
o Help improve machine champion program support executive reporting needs and ongoing monitor of data/usage dashboards
o Integrity teams ad-hoc capacity approval flow and regression tracking
o Capacity management process improvement and documentation
Purpose/Size of this team
~10 people on the Capacity Management Task Force including 3 Engineer Leads 3 Technical Program Managers 1 Production Engineer and 1 Production Engineering Manager
Hours/Shift worked discuss overtime:
40 hours work week. Typical day includes:
o Monitor orgs machine capacity usage via dashboard on ~10 services identify risk and triage to engineers on mitigation
o Manage and improve ad-hoc capacity request flow including review process prioritization criteria and automate to reduce operational cost
o Support quarterly demand forecasting spreadsheet/calculation setup and tooling update
o Gather information for recurring executive reporting create documentation and general project management and Action Items tracking
Support other critical projects identified by Capacity Management Task Force

Degrees or certifications required
o Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent combination of technical education and work experience
o Machine capacity planning or data center experience preferred
o PMP or PMI certification preferred
Disqualifiers
o No previous project management work experience
o No previous experience working at a technology company and technical partners engineers product managers TPM for example
o Associate degree or GED certification only
