A large educational publishing company is looking for 26 Customer Service Representatives to join their team to assist with their Back-To-School season. These individuals will be responsible for providing direct customer service and technical support to users of their course products and platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and a "think out of the box" mentality. They will be able to communicate with a wide variety of users and diffuse high-stress situations in an empathetic tone. An individual with a background in basic math and technical support is preferred. This is a fully remote opportunity, working in PST hours. The start time is between 6 am and 11 am PST with overtime. This is a 3-6 month contract, with the highest performers getting the chance to be extended or the possibility of conversion.
- Excellent customer service skills via multiple streams of communication, including phone, email, and chat.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
- Strong relationship management skills, high level or professionalism, maturity, and enthusiasm.
