Job Description

Insight Global is looking for an Executive Assistant to join a large automotive manufacturing company and its Urban Air Mobility Division supporting the organization's C-suite level executives. They will be responsible for providing the full suite of administrative functions to Supernal's Chief Data Officer (CDO) and the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO). This is a highly visible role, requiring collaboration with various levels of leadership within the company. This role will maintain high levels of professionalism and confidentiality, and have unmatched organizational skills and an ability to succeed in a fast-paced workplace. This role will establish working relationships with high-level executives give to the overall efficiency of the organization. This role will be required to work on-site 5 days a week.



Additional responsibilities include:

- Act as the point of contact between CDO, CCO and both employees and external partners

- Manage day to day schedules, calendars, communications, events, and agendas in such a way the Executives can complete their obligations in an organized and efficient way

- Organize meetings and events, including scheduling, reminders, creating agendas and meeting materials, taking meeting minutes and organizing in-office requirements (catering, conference rooms, etc.)

- Arrange video conferences as needed for all partners

- Ensure Executives are well-informed of priorities, timelines, and challenges in a timely manner

- Interface and collaborate with the - Facilities Site Manager for DC Office to align with the smooth functioning of the office space and to build a sense of community within the office and a welcoming environment for visitors (whether they are internal Supernal employees traveling to the site; external visitors; or HMG colleagues that may be in DC on business)

- Coordinate with other Executive Assistants regarding activities and requests for the Washington D.C. office when their teams are in the DC

- Provide additional administrative support, including but not limited to: domestic and international travel management, receive and direct daily visitors appropriately, answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls, receive and distribute mail, and expense management and event registrations

- Other duties and special projects as assigned

Required Skills & Experience

- 5+ years of experience as an - Executive Assistant to a C-Suite Executive

- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills, including report writing, presentations, and email correspondence with proactive delivery and follow-up

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interface and build relationships with a wide variety of internal and external collaborators

- Sophisticated experience in the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

- Prior experience working with a global company
