Job Description

An employer sitting in El Segundo, CA is looking to hire a Remote IT Project Coordinator. This person will report to the Sr. IT Manager. The Project Coordinator will be responsible focusing on leading internal Integration projects for its Revenue Cycle Management Information Technology (RCM-IT). The project coordinator will oversee the integration of new and existing RP practices, working closely with other functional teams including Data Governance, RCM, and Analytics. This individual will be responsible for managing project activities and documentation while also guaranteeing the business readiness of the team's projects. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a "can-do" attitude. This position will report to the Program Manager, RCM IT Integrations. This position focuses on using a standardized project management and quality methodology to facilitate and ensure deliverables are met within the Service Level Agreement. This role will work with the internal management teams to interpret the stakeholder's business goals into specific deliverables and creating a knowledge base for trouble shooting future incidents. This role will support internal teams by updating scorecards, dashboards, analyzing demographics and ensuring connectivity is established.

Required Skills & Experience

- 2+ years of IT Project Coordination

- Ability to build out dashboards in Smartsheets and Utilize ServiceNow involved in migrations, interfaces, and data input

- Intermediate to Advanced in Excel, (Pivot Tables, Vlookups, Sum-if formulas)

- Proficient communication skills, Experience presenting weekly metrics and reports to stakeholders

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Healthcare Data Analytics experience
