This position is specific to and located at Disneyworld, Downtown Disney and Disney Resort, Park and Hotels in Anaheim, CA. Once at the Disney sites, a pooled company vehicle is provided to work throughout the day at the different entities. The Field Service Technician will provide quick response to customer requests for product support. The tasks performed will include but not be limited to, system, device, OS, software and applications troubleshooting and problem evaluation as well as performing and/or supporting the necessary troubleshooting required to return the equipment to functional status. The Field Service Technician will also be instrumental in preparing reports and will work in conjunction with the NOC and Service Desk Supervisors for any un-solved issue and follow escalation process.
* Have working knowledge to perform regular type of MAC phone requests and phone repairs on Cisco Call Manager, Avaya/Nortel CSE1000 PBX systems, and Avaya Messaging.
* Be available to work a Monday thru Friday 8AM-5PM shift, and could be moved to a shift working Sunday thru Wednesday with Thursday and Friday off and working Saturday.
* Supply common telecommunications tools.
* Have a valid and violation-free CA state issued driver license.
