Insight Global is looking for Remote Systems Administrator in British Columbia. This person will be responsible for providing remote system support and maintenance for mission-critical Radiology imaging and workflow systems that are deployed at customer facilities around the world. This will be comprised of customer support by trouble shooting proprietary hospital systems, software, LAN, WAN, servers, etc. This candidate will perform scheduled preventative maintenance, diagnostic tests, and provide hardware support. The ideal Remote Systems Admin will have excellent communication skills, customer service, and a strong ability to critical think to follow problems to a solution.
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Engineering, Computer Technology Diploma, MCSE OR equivalent industry experience
- Entry level experience diagnosing and troubleshooting software and or computer systems
- Strong written and verbal communication for problem solving and critical thinking
- Understanding of OSI Model, Networking Fundamentals, Windows Operating System, Storage technologies, Server and workstation hardware
