About This Team
This team sits at the intersection of Product Creation, Design, Development, and Business Operations. The group partners closely with product designers, developers, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives that improve how products move from concept to market.
As the organization continues to accelerate product creation timelines, the team is focused on evolving processes, improving operational efficiency, and enabling teams to deliver high-quality products within increasingly compressed calendars. This role will play a critical part in driving those changes while balancing the needs of creative and business stakeholders.
A Day in the Life: What You'll Do
Lead medium-to-large cross-functional transformation initiatives within the Product Creation and Go-To-Market (GTM) ecosystem.
Partner closely with Product Designers, Product Developers, Merchandising, and Operations teams to plan, manage, and execute key business initiatives.
Build and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and risk assessments.
Drive business process improvements that support a faster and more agile product creation calendar.
Facilitate alignment between creative teams and business stakeholders while ensuring project objectives remain on track.
Identify bottlenecks, operational inefficiencies, and opportunities to streamline workflows across the product lifecycle.
Monitor project health through milestones, KPIs, and executive updates.
Provide visibility into project risks, resource needs, and decision points for leadership.
Support change management efforts associated with new processes, tools, and ways of working.
Develop executive-ready communications, presentations, and status reports.
Partner across multiple functions to ensure consistency in planning, execution, and delivery.

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, Transformation, Operations, Business Process Improvement, or related disciplines.
Experience within apparel, footwear, retail, consumer goods, or related product-driven industries.
Understanding of Go-To-Market (GTM) processes and seasonal product calendars.
Background in consulting, strategy, supply chain, logistics, or operations.
Experience leading continuous improvement or operational excellence initiatives.
Exposure to product development, merchandising, sourcing, or supply chain functions.
Familiarity with change management methodologies and large-scale business transformation programs.
Previous experience supporting creative organizations or working alongside designers and product developers.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Apparel or GTM experience is differentiator
Experience working within fast-paced and evolving business environments.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
