Senior Project Manager

Seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee gas station, retail, commercial, and residential development projects from planning through completion. This individual will manage multiple projects, consultants, contractors, budgets, schedules, and stakeholder relationships.
Responsibilities
• Manage projects from concept through construction
• Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants
• Develop and manage schedules and budgets
• Lead permitting and approval processes
• Conduct project reporting and stakeholder communication
• Support procurement and contract administration
• Mentor coordinators and junior team members
Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget

• 5-10+ years of construction project management experience
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Budget and schedule management experience
• Strong stakeholder management skills
Experience working with consultants and contractors

• Gas station or petroleum project experience
• Residential development experience
• Retail construction experience
• Owner-side project management experience
