Job Description
As a Supply Chain Project Manager, you will oversee medium-to-high complexity projects across the Global Supply Chain portfolio, partnering with PMO leadership and cross-functional teams. Your responsibilities will include building project plans, charters, and milestone tracking; maintaining consolidated resource and timeline views; and managing budgets, change requests, and intake processes. You’ll collaborate with internal stakeholders to create project scope, objectives, and workplans, and drive effective project management practices across functions—especially focusing on strategic transformations, new go-to-market initiatives, and targeted efforts within specific geographies. Additionally, you’ll facilitate executive-level updates, oversee third-party partners, enable business priorities (growth, guest service, cost improvements), and continually look for opportunities to enhance delivery and efficiency. Expect to work 2–3 days onsite in Vancouver.

Required Skills & Experience
5 years experience in consulting, project management, or a similar field
Experience in Project Management and/or Consumer Supply Chain Operations
B.A./B.S. in Business, Engineering, or technical area
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite product
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
MBA or Master’s degree
Operations or consulting experience (especially in apparel/supply chain)
Familiarity with process documentation and standardized operating procedures
Strategy & operations experience
Experience supporting PMO functions or cross-functional project delivery
Knowledge of apparel industry/supply chain processes
Experience with Jira and/or Confluence
