Job Description

Seeking a Project Coordinator to support construction and development projects across Western Canada. This individual will coordinate contractors, consultants, permitting activities, schedules, and project reporting.

Responsibilities
• Coordinate with general contractors, consultants, architects, and engineers
• Support gas station, retail, and commercial construction projects
• Track schedules, project milestones, and budgets
• Assist with permitting and municipal approvals
• Prepare weekly project status reports
• Maintain project documentation using Sage software
Communicate project updates to internal and external stakeholders

• Project coordination experience in construction
• Experience working with contractors and consultants
• Strong organizational and communication skills
Schedule and reporting experience

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Gas station or petroleum project experience
• Sage software experience
• Permitting experience
Retail or commercial construction experience
