Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Analyst to support an enterprise identity modernization initiative, focused on assessing current Active Directory environments and producing detailed current and future-state recommendations.
This role is highly analytical, with an emphasis on technical discovery, documentation, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform current-state assessments of Active Directory and identity environments
• Analyze:
○ AD architecture, configurations, and policies
○ Authentication methods and integrations
○ Network topology and system dependencies
• Identify gaps, risks, misconfigurations, and improvement opportunities
• Document current state vs. future state architecture
• Produce clear, executive-ready reports and recommendations
• Support design and implementation planning for:
○ Entra ID migrations
○ Identity governance and access controls
Collaborate with senior stakeholders and technical teams to validate findings

Required Skills & Experience
Required Experience
• 3–5+ years of experience in Active Directory, identity, or infrastructure
• Exposure to AD modernization or Entra ID environments
• Strong experience in:
○ Technical analysis and documentation
○ Writing detailed reports and architecture summaries
• Understanding of identity fundamentals and access control models
Technical Knowledge
• Authentication protocols:
○ SAML, ADFS, OIDC
○ LDAP and Windows authentication
• Exposure to:
○ Conditional Access and identity governance concepts
○ Trust relationships and domain structures
Familiarity with hybrid identity environments is a plus
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Success Profile
• Strong analytical thinker with excellent documentation and report writing skills
• Able to translate technical findings into clear business and architectural recommendations
Detail-oriented and comfortable working in assessment-driven environments
