Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an Omni Fulfillment Specialist for a top retail client in the athleisure/apparel industry. This individual will support omni-channel fulfillment programs, including Ship-from-Store and Buy Online Pickup in Store, ensuring seamless execution and strong operational performance across retail locations.
The role focuses heavily on organization, communication, and process execution - managing ticketing systems, maintaining documentation, supporting store teams, and identifying operational improvements. This is a highly collaborative position that interacts cross-functionally with retail and operations teams, making it a great stepping stone into larger corporate retail operations roles with clear growth potential into Specialist and Lead levels.

Required Skills & Experience
1–2+ years of administrative or coordinator-level experience
Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
Experience working in retail, store operations, or fulfillment environments
Ability to manage repetitive tasks with consistency and accuracy
Self-sufficient, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable working with standardized processes and documentation
Cross-functional collaboration experience
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience with ServiceNow or ticketing systems
Experience supporting omni-channel programs (Ship-from-Store, BOPIS, etc.)
Background in retail operations support or store-to-corporate transition roles
Exposure to KPI tracking, surveys, or operational feedback loops
Process documentation (SOPs, training materials, knowledge base articles)
Coaching or supporting retail store teams
