Job Description
Insight Global is looking for two Analysts to join an enterprise retail company hybrid in Vancouver, BC, for contracts until January 2028. The one role will be supporting fulfillment, inventory health through reporting and analysis. You will analyze KPIs, track trends and anomalies, and partner cross-functionally to improve inventory performance and manage end-of-life inventory. You will also work on improving processes and building models to optimize operations. The other role will be focused on inventory optimization, and you will analyze large datasets to improve inventory placement decisions across the fulfillment network. The role focuses on identifying inefficiencies, performing root cause analysis, and modeling scenarios to drive better cost, lifecycle, and network optimization outcomes.

Required Skills & Experience
2-3 years of industry, consulting, CPA or equivalent experience supporting a retail client
Experience in a vertically integrated retail company
Strong analytical, modeling, and problem-solving skills with ability to consider operational inputs to quantify financial outputs
Experience using PowerBI
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Fulfillment or supply chain experience
Financial analysis and reporting experience
