Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager with 8+ years of experience to lead data-driven initiatives leveraging Snowflake, Cortex, and contact center technologies. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong project management acumen, using tools such as Jira and Confluence to manage delivery, budgets, and timelines. You will partner with stakeholders, including executives, to provide steerco and VP-level reporting while proactively identifying and managing risks. Experience delivering complex data projects, building scalable solutions, and working within contact center environments is highly preferred.

Required Skills & Experience

8+ years of experience in technical project management, with a focus on data-driven initiatives and enterprise-scale delivery

Strong experience working with Snowflake and modern data platforms (including Cortex or similar analytics/AI tools)

Proven background supporting or delivering projects within contact center environments

Advanced proficiency with Jira and Confluence for project tracking, documentation, and agile delivery management

Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets, resource planning, and financial tracking

Proven ability to lead stakeholder engagement, including executive-level (SteerCo and VP) reporting and presentations

Strong risk management experience, including identifying, mitigating, and communicating project risks proactively

Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to align technical and business teams
