Project Manager

Insight Global is seeking a PMO / Project Coordinator to support a CCaaS (Contact Center as a Service) transformation initiative. This individual will play a critical coordination role across multiple workstreams, driving alignment, visibility, and execution within a complex, multi-stakeholder environment. This position is essential to ensuring the program remains organized, on track, and effectively governed.

Key Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and continuously update integrated project plans using Microsoft Project
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including development (AI engineering, IT integration, and data teams), testing, architecture, vendor teams, change management, and cutover/ongoing support
- Track and manage:
Dependencies, risks, issues, and blockers across 6+ stakeholder groups
Action items to drive accountability and ensure timely follow-through
Escalations to program leadership (Deloitte Senior Manager, Client Program Manager, and key stakeholders)
- Support the client team with weekly status reporting, ensuring accuracy and clarity of updates
- Facilitate alignment across teams to ensure clearly defined timelines, deliverables, and milestones
- Support CCaaS and vendor-related initiatives in close collaboration with both consulting and client teams

- 2–5 years of experience in a PMO or Project Coordination role, with the ability to operate independently
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Project, including managing complex, integrated plans
- Experience working in large, multi-stakeholder enterprise environments
- Experience supporting CCaaS platforms or contact center deployments
- Excellent organizational, communication, and facilitation skills

- Experience with Genesys or similar CCaaS platforms
- Exposure to AI technologies (e.g., LLMs, Generative AI) within project environments
