Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Project Manager to join an enterprise retail company 4x onsite in Vancouver in a 6-month contract opportunity. This Project Manager will lead the technology delivery for Mexico new store openings (NSO), owning projects end-to-end from requirements through deployment—building schedules, managing scope/budget, tracking risks, and driving readiness for store cutover. They’ll coordinate day-to-day with cross-functional partners (construction, business operations, engineers/architects) and external vendors to ensure the store technology is operationally ready, while also managing vendor logistics such as SOWs/contracts, ordering (POs), and invoice reconciliation; they’ll provide regular status updates, escalate issues as needed, and ensure launches happen on time and on budget with a strong customer/store experience.

Required Skills & Experience

Fluent Spanish
3+ years of project management experience delivering end-to-end projects (owning scope, timeline, and budget)
Retail environment experience such as store technology, store openings, and/or store operations
Vendor management experience, including third parties, SOWs, contracts, and/or procurement

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Mexico-specific retail and/or new store opening (NSO) experience
Retail technical project management background, specifically supporting store technology initiatives
Hardware delivery project experience (ordering, shipping, staging, and deployment readiness)
Hands-on retail hardware installation experience (store installs and onsite cutovers)
Coupa exposure (or similar AP/procurement automation tools)
PMP certification
