Project Manager, Enterprise Partnerships

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support a large and fast-growing enterprise partnership with an AI Media company. This individual will be responsible for bringing structure, clarity, and accountability to complex, cross-functional initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly operational, comfortable in partner-facing environments, and able to own projects end-to-end while working with evolving priorities. This role focuses on onboarding, coordination, governance, and ongoing business-as-usual (BAU) operations across internal RHEI teams and enterprise clients.

Responsibilities
Own end-to-end project delivery for a major enterprise account, from onboarding through steady-state BAU management
Lead onboarding for existing channels and partnerships, including: defining onboarding workflows and timelines, establishing meeting structures, agendas, and reporting, and determining where content lives, how it is accessed, and how it is used operationally
Transition projects from onboarding into repeatable BAU operations, ensuring consistency, accountability, and rhythm
Act as the day-to-day operational lead between team and the end client
Present project plans, timelines, and status updates to enterprise partners
Drive alignment and coordination across internal teams
Manage project plans for initiatives such as channel rebrands, operational rollouts, and new processes/workflows
Build and maintain project documentation, including project plans, requirements documents, action logs, and status reporting
Ensure projects meet defined requirements prior to sign-off

4+ years of experience in project delivery
Proven experience owning complex projects end-to-end
Comfortable working with competing priorities and fast-paced decision-making
Ability to confidently hold teams and stakeholders accountable to timelines, deliverables, and quality
Polished, professional, and credible when working with enterprise clients
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and structured in approach

Background in an agency or consultancy environment (digital media, advertising, social media, or creative agencies)
Experience in media, creator economy, or content-driven organizations
Exposure to managing enterprise accounts or large partnerships
Familiarity with project management tools such as Airtable
