Required Skills & Experience
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or related field (graduate degree an asset)
- 6+ years delivering enterprise Microsoft 365 solutions, including 2+ years in a lead/architect role; consulting experience preferred
- Microsoft 365 & Copilot: SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Viva; Copilot readiness, governance, and adoption; Copilot Studio & Microsoft Graph
- Security & Compliance: Purview (DLP, labels, eDiscovery), Entra ID, external sharing, tenant governance
- Integration & Development: Power Platform, SPFx, Graph API, PowerShell, CI/CD for M365
- Migration & Operations: Content migrations, provisioning, lifecycle management, monitoring, support models
- Consulting & Leadership: Workshops, solution design, stakeholder management, mentoring, and change/adoption leadership
- Certifications: Relevant Microsoft certifications (M365, Security, Power Platform, Azure) are an asset
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience with knowledge management and enterprise search (Microsoft Search, KQL/Graph)
- Exposure to records management and regulated environments (public sector, energy, financial services)
- Familiarity with adoption/change practices and ITSM/DevOps integration
- Awareness of data platforms supporting Copilot (e.g., Fabric, Synapse) and enterprise connectors
