Job Description
Responsibilities
• Maintain high standards of data accuracy across commercial systems
• Support reporting needs, including building and maintaining dashboards and recurring
reports for leadership
• Assist in pipeline tracking, forecasting support, and general performance reporting
• Monitor data quality, identify gaps or inconsistencies, and take action to resolve them
• Support ongoing improvements to tools, processes, and workflows
• Assist in analyzing sales and account performance trends
• Support the preparation of monthly and quarterly business reviews
• Partner with Sales, Account Management, and Marketing to support ongoing initiatives
• Coordinate and support internal projects and process improvement efforts
• Prepare materials and documentation to support team initiatives and communications
• Support the coordination of materials for key deals, proposals, and client presentations
• Assist in gathering inputs for RFPs or commercial proposals as needed
• Provide coordination support between Sales and Marketing on campaigns and
initiatives
• Assist in tracking key stages of the customer lifecycle, including onboarding and
renewals
• Support onboarding of team members on tools, processes, and best practices
• Maintain documentation, playbooks, and standard operating procedures
• Assist with preparation of presentations, reports, and internal communications
• Support scheduling, planning, and organization of key team activities as needed

Required Skills & Experience
1–3 years in a sales operations, business operations, or coordination role
Technical / Hard Skills
Strong working knowledge of Excel and presentation tools (PowerPoint or equivalent);
experience working with reporting tools and data sets; comfort working with systems that
support sales and operational processes
Education (post-secondary, certification, etc.)
Degree/Diploma or related experience
Approach and Abilities
Detail oriented; able to manage multiple tasks and priorities

Clear and concise written and verbal communication; able to work effectively across teams
Problem Solving/Decision Making
Identifies issues proactively and proposes practical solutions
