Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist for a global leader in innovative semiconductor and IoT solutions. This individual will help execute and optimize multi-channel digital marketing programs that drive engagement, lead generation, and brand awareness. 50% of the role will be focused around Digital Channel Execution and Optimization (Managing day-to-day campaign setup, optimization, and performance monitoring across all digital platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, paid media), and carry out lead scoring and building automation workflows in HubSpot), 30% Performance Analytics (tracking campaign performance and key metrics like conversion rates and cost per lead), 15% technical implementation (update lead scoring models based on campaign performance, implement tracking codes, and manage marketing technology integration between digital platforms and marketing automation), and 10% collaboration (partnering with demand generation manager on campaign execution, support agency partnerships, collaborate with content and product marketing teams, and work with web teams). This person should be well versed in HubSpot with experience in Salesforce.

This will be a contract to hire position with great opportunity for growth and starting pay $30-40/hour based on experience. This will be an onsite position with Monday-Thursday in office, Friday remote.

Required Skills & Experience

-Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
-4-8 years of B2B digital marketing experience
-Experience with HubSpot (including lead scoring and building workflows)
-Salesforce experience
-Experience with reporting and performance analytics
-Experience with paid media campaigns (LinkedIn, Google Ads, Bing, etc.)

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

+Certified in HubSpot
+Have previously ran HubSpot program in previous roles
+Project management skills; fast learner, self-sufficient
+Masters Degree
