Job Description

The SAP Support Specialist provides both technical and functional support to the Supply Chain team, with a focus on SAP S/4HANA
and Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) software. This role is responsible for resolving end user issues promptly, supporting
continuous process improvements, developing and maintaining reporting tools, and assisting in the implementation of new SAP
functionalities. Occasional travel to operational sites, sometimes on short notice.

Serve as the primary point of contact for SAP-related support, coordinating with IT and external partners to resolve issues and manage system updates

Translate business needs into SAP functional specifications to support system improvements and third‑party tool integrations

Design, develop, and maintain SAP reports and dashboards to support operational, KPI, and compliance tracking using tools such as Power BI and Microsoft Office

Ensure data accuracy and compliance by managing user access, security profiles, and supporting audit and SOX documentation

Deliver SAP training through onboarding, refresher sessions, and user feedback meetings

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in SAP support or system administration, with significant hands-on expertise in EWM as well as a strong proficiency in MM for procurement and inventory management.

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Management, Business Administration or a related field

SAP Certified Specialist– SAP BW/4HANA Delta certificate or related SAP Certificate as deemed by the Company is required

Experience with SAP S/4HANA (MM, EWM), plus knowledge of PM/FICO and a strong grasp of procurement, inventory, audit compliance, and reporting tools.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience within remote or industrial operations such as mining, oil and gas, or similar sectors is preferred.
