Insight Global is seeking a Power BI Developer for a top client supporting large-scale data modernization initiatives. This individual will play a key role in migrating data environments, rebuilding Power BI reports, and ensuring requirements are well-documented and technically sound. The ideal candidate has a strong engineering mindset, hands-on Snowflake experience, and enjoys working at the intersection of data infrastructure and business reporting. Required Skills & Experience
4+ years of professional experience as a Power BI Developer
Strong experience with Snowflake
Strong experience with Power BI
Background on the engineering side (not purely analytics/BI)
Experience migrating environments and reworking existing reports
Proven ability to document requirements clearly and thoroughly
Strong SQL skills
Experience checking in code and following established engineering methodologies / best practices
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Python experience
Retail industry experience
Experience with data federation concepts or distributed data environments
