Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Power Platform Engineer to join a major retail company in Vancouver, BC. The Technical Program Manager – Copilot & Agentic Automation owns the end-to-end
technical delivery of Microsoft 365 Copilot and agent-based automation initiatives
across the enterprise.
This role is accountable for program execution, vendor delivery, governance, and value
realisation, working across engineering, security, platform, and business teams. In
addition to leading the Copilot rollout, this role runs delivery for agent use cases built on
Copilot Studio and Power Platform, ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned
to enterprise standards.
Key responsibilities include:
Program & Delivery Ownership
Lead the enterprise rollout of Microsoft 365 Copilot, from planning through scale.
Own delivery of agentic automation use cases using Copilot Studio and Power Platform.
Act as the single-threaded owner for Vender Engagement, accountable for milestones, outcomes, and value delivery.
Orchestrate delivery across multiple workstreams, managing dependencies, risks, and trade-offs.
Technical & Platform Governance
Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture, security, identity, and compliance standards.
Partner with platform and security teams to establish sustainable delivery and operating models.
Execution & Financial Management
Own Jira execution: backlog health, sprint planning, dependency tracking, and delivery metrics.
Manage program budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
Define and track delivery, adoption, readiness, and value KPIs.
Stakeholder & Executive Communication
Serve as the primary program interface for senior leadership.
Deliver concise, executive-ready updates, dashboards, and decision materials.

Required Skills & Experience

10+ years in technical program management or large-scale platform delivery
Experience delivering Microsoft 365, Copilot, Power Platform, or enterprise productivity platforms
Proven ability to run complex, multi-vendor technical programs end-to-end
Strong experience with Jira-based delivery management
Demonstrated ownership of budgets, forecasting, and financial tracking
Experience with Agile, SAFe, or hybrid delivery models

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Hands-on or delivery-lead experience with CoPilot Studio and Power Platform
Experience delivering AI or agent-based enterprise solutions
Background in security, identify, compliance, or platform engineering
Experience leading consulting or system-integrator engagements
