Job Description
Insight Global is looking for an AI Business Analyst to support a retail client's Copilot rollout by driving reporting, analytics, process assessment, and agentic use case development. This role blens business aalysis, data storytelling, and solution design, woring closely with developers, SMEs, project managers, and vendors to ensure successful deployment, adoption, and measurement of Copilot usage across the organization. Additional duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Develop project requirements and documentation for Copilot initiatives, including functional and non-functional specifications
Conduct process assessments to identify, validate, and prioritize Copilot agentic automation opportunities
Collaborate with developers to design, refine, and validate agentic solutions aligned to business needs
Facilitate workshops with SMEs, technical teams, and vendors to capture detailed process flows and identify automation opportunities
Create and manage use case scenarios for testing; lead end-to-end testing of Copilot agentic solutions
Review current processes and identify opportunities for simplification and improvement through Copilot integration
Build and manage reporting within M365 Copilot and agentic workspaces
Act as the liaison between the Project Manager, vendors, and department SMEs to support overall rollout success
Conduct meetings and prepare presentations on analysis, usage, and adoption insights
Support product management with documentation, analytics, and presentation development for Copilot initiatives
Document requirements, process changes, testing outcomes, and usage metrics
Provide go/no-go recommendations for Copilot solution deployment
Ensure key milestones are delivered on time and align with broader Copilot rollout objectives

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
Hands-on experience with M365 Copilot (use cases / agentic workflows)
Strong data analysis and dashboarding skills
Experience building reports and dashboard in Microsoft Power BI
Strong communication skills, including report writing and presentations
Proficiency with Microsoft office
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Retail experience
In-depth Copilot experience (agent development, solutioning)
