Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Sr Product Manager to join one of North America's largest Athleisure companies within their retail technology space. This person will be responsible for:
Own the product roadmap for solutions leveraging Bluetooth, RFID, sensors, and in‑store data capture technologies.
Translate hardware + software integration needs into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Partner with engineering to deliver features related to device connectivity, signal performance, read accuracy, and real-time data capture.
Analyze system and behavioral data—including RFID reads, Bluetooth pings, heatmaps, dwell time, and traffic flow—to make strategic recommendations for visual merchandising, product placement, and store layout optimization.
Partner with field teams and customers to understand environmental challenges (interference, store fixtures, layout changes) and turn insights into product improvements.

Required Skills & Experience
7+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in retail, omni‑channel, or store technology environments.
Strong retail acumen with a deep understanding of store operations, merchandising, visual merchandising (VM), and omni‑channel customer journeys.
Proven experience working with retail data, traffic insights, and inventory analytics to drive product decisions.
Ability to interpret and leverage incremental value, data signals, and omni‑channel intelligence to inform product strategy.
Understanding of how to use data to improve visual merchandising outputs, store actions, product placement, and sell‑through.
Experience driving net‑new product strategies
