Insight Global is seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join a high-performing team building modern, scalable software solutions for leading North American organizations. This is a fully remote role, open to candidates located anywhere in Canada.

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
- 6+ years of professional software development experience.
- 5+ years of experience with Java.
- 3+ years of hands‑on experience with TypeScript.
- 3+ years working with AWS cloud services.
- 3+ years of experience implementing Workday integrations.
- 1+ year of expertise with Workday HR modules.
- Experience collaborating directly with clients and stakeholders to shape requirements.
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience with:
- Workday Extend
- Workday Prism Analytics
- Workday Studio
- Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB)
- Database experience with SQL and NoSQL systems.
Machine learning exposure, including:
- Python
- MCP
- Bedrock
- PyTorch
- LangChain
