Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Project Manager to join a large retail client on a 6-month contract. As a Project Manager, you will support the ERP Finance team by coordinating and executing project tasks across various stages of prioritized Tech and ERP projects. You’ll collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and the project team to ensure that project goals are met in alignment with company objectives, maintaining consistency in project standards and facilitating communication and support throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills & Experience
7+ years of experience in project management with a strong focus on ERP implementations, specifically SAP (S/4HANA preferred).
Proven experience managing application implementation projects, including heavy data conversion, cutover planning, and milestone tracking.
Strong background as a Technical Project Manager—able to lead highly technical workstreams and collaborate effectively with technical teams.
Deep understanding of SAP project lifecycles, corporate application integrations, and complex cross-functional delivery environments.
Hands-on experience with financial systems and finance-led programs; ability to work with stakeholders across Finance, IT, and business operations.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects (typically 2–3), each with varying levels of effort, complexity, and timelines.
Experience supporting or leading the conversion workstream within an S/4 implementation is highly preferred.
Solid understanding of data planning, migration strategies, and cutover methodologies.
Experience working in large, corporate, multi-stream environments where each project stream has its own PM; ability to lead within a group-led program structure.
Strong cross-functional project management experience with the ability to coordinate and influence diverse stakeholder groups.
Excellent organization, communication, and risk management skills to ensure timelines (e.g., June and August go-live targets) stay on track.
Prior retail experience is an asset but not required.
