Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead a large scale, multi track Quality Engineering (QE) Transformation program within a global retail organization. This is a true transformation role, requiring strong program leadership across strategy, delivery, governance, vendor enablement, and change management. This role will partner with senior engineering leaders, QE teams, product, managed service vendors, and business stakeholders to shape ambiguity into clear roadmaps, drive execution across multiple concurrent workstreams, and ensure measurable outcomes. While QE/QA domain experience is valuable, program management strength and transformation leadership are the top priorities. Key responsibilities include:
- Program Leadership & Governance
o Own end to end program delivery including roadmap, scope, budget, risks, dependencies, and benefits realization
o Establish and operate governance structures (steerco, working groups, release forums) across a large stakeholder base
o Shape and evolve integrated master plans across digital, engineering, QE, and vendor teams
o Take over in flight initiatives while also initiating new tracks of work from concept to execution
o Provide clarity, structure, and accountability (RACI) in a highly matrixed environment
- Transformation Delivery
o Lead a broad transformation program spanning automation, shift left practices, AI enabled capabilities, metrics, and operating model changes
o Drive alignment and execution across multiple parallel workstreams with wide organizational reach
o Translate ambiguity into actionable plans, timelines, and outcomes
o Track progress, risks, dependencies, and value realization; communicate clearly at all levels
- Managed QE Service Enablement & Operations
o Lead engagement with managed service (MS) partners, including onboarding, operating models, and governance
o Establish and mature SLAs / OLAs, service cadence, QBRs/QPRs, and performance management
o Support organizations early in their managed services maturity, helping define best practices and expectations
o Drive continuous improvement and corrective action planning
- Change Management & Stakeholder Leadership
o Lead enterprise wide change, influencing managers, directors, delivery teams, and senior leaders
o Manage complex stakeholder dynamics across Digital NA and Global Engineering
o Act as a central hub connecting technical teams, vendors, and business leadership

Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of experience in Senior Program Management or Delivery Leadership
- Proven experience leading large scale transformation programs with multiple concurrent workstreams and broad stakeholder groups
- Demonstrated strength in program design: shaping roadmaps, scoping initiatives, building plans, and standing up governance
- Experience taking existing programs forward while also launching new initiatives from scratch
- Strong technology fluency (able to work closely with senior engineers and QE leaders without being hands on)
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive level communication skills
- Experience managing dependencies, risks, budgets, and value realization
- Comfortable leading ambiguity, change, and complex enterprise initiatives
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Background in QA / QE / testing transformations
- Experience with managed services implementations (vendor onboarding, governance, SLAs, QBRs)
- Change management experience within enterprise technology transformations
- Exposure to AI enabled engineering or testing strategies
- Retail or large consumer enterprise environment experience
