Insight Global is hiring for a Client Success Account Manager to join PayByPhone, a global mobile parking payments platform used by cities, operators, and millions of drivers worldwide. This individual is responsible for owning and growing relationships across an established portfolio of client accounts. This role is highly consultative and relationship‑driven, focused on client retention, revenue growth, and long‑term partnership value.

You’ll work closely with clients to deeply understand their operations, identify opportunities to expand adoption of solutions, and act as a trusted advisor and advocate for both the client and the company. This role goes beyond relationship management, you will own the actions, execution, and outcomes within your accounts.

This is a remote role with limited but meaningful travel, including client visits, conferences, and annual sales summits.

What You’ll Be Doing

Client Relationship & Account Ownership
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
• Build deep, trusted relationships with stakeholders across client organizations
• Own all account activity—not just the relationship, but the follow‑through and execution
• Advocate for the client internally while representing the company externally
Retention, Growth & Revenue
• Drive client retention, renewals, and account profitability
• Identify and execute opportunities to expand services, solutions, and adoption
• Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs), often in person
• Consult on operational improvements and solution optimization
Consultative & Operational Focus
• Get deep into client operations to identify challenges and opportunities
• Act as a problem solver—comfortable navigating ambiguity and complexity
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing, Client Support, and Leadership
Data, Tools & CRM
• Maintain accurate Salesforce (or equivalent CRM) data including notes, meetings, action items, and opportunities
• Use data and insights to inform strategy, recommendations, and client discussions
• Vet and assess candidates, solutions, and opportunities using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, and other platforms (e.g., Responsive, GovSpend)

Travel & Representation

• Attend ~2 conferences per year, 1 annual sales summit, and 1–2 client visits annually
• Represent the company at regional or national conferences
• Ability to fly, rent a car, and travel independently across the US and Canada
